Q: Do you have any tips on websites to find cute and affordable sweaters?
A: I really like H&M, Zara, TJMaxx, LimeLush, Asos, Nordstrom Rack, and I always try to keep my eyes out for sale pieces from really anywhere!
Q: I would love to have a good robe at home. Any suggestions?
A: Yes! I have 5 robes lol. I wear this one most frequently because it’s long and keeps me a little warmer while getting ready. This one is great for summer or if your bathroom gets hot!
Q: Can you share some good restaurants in Ames?
A: Wallaby’s, The Cafe, Brick City Grille, Stomping Grounds, Olde Main, and West Towne Pub!
Q: What did you do in New York?
A: I went with my mom and sister for a little girls trip to do some shopping and check out all the fun Christmas stuff in the city! I’m working on a blog post covering our whole trip, so stay tuned for that!!
Q: What do you use to edit your photos?
A: I edit in Lightroom! It’s a free mobile app and you can use presets or adjust things on your own. There are a lot of people that sell presets that they’ve made, so if you find something you like that is for sale you have that option! I would highly recommend playing around in the app on your own first because you’d likely be able to figure out how to achieve that look without having to pay for it. I made up my own preset kinda – if you do this make sure to choose something that works well with your skin tone and hair color!
Q: Does it bother Calli that you move around so much?
A: I don’t think so, she is pretty laid back and does really well when we travel! She’s content as long as she’s by my side (or on my lap lol!)
